Job Summary The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of Phoenix Contact’s North American circuit breaker product portfolio. This portfolio is comprised of thermal-magnetic and hydraulic circuit breakers. This role ensures that all product initiatives are aligned with Phoenix Contact’s overall business strategy and market positioning within North America. The Product Manager leads the creation and execution of the product roadmap, working cross-functionally to define product requirements and drive go-to-market strategies. They are expected to balance customer needs, technological capabilities, and business objectives to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions. Key responsibilities include defining and evolving the product vision, managing the full product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life, conducting market and competitive analysis, and collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
