Cornerstone Co-op invites applications for the position of Gas Bar Manager to join our Team on a full-time basis at our location in Wainwright, AB . Reporting to the Director of Operations. What you’ll do: As the Gas Bar Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership while overseeing all aspects of gas bar operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching, and developing the Gas Bar team to deliver outstanding customer service and build strong member and customer relationships. Creating an engaged, motivated, and accountable team culture aligned with Cornerstone Co-op values. Managing day-to-day Gas Bar and C-Store operations to meet or exceed annual budgeted sales, margin, and expense targets. Leading annual planning, goal setting, budgeting, performance management, and talent development activities. Promoting, modeling, and reinforcing a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
