Multi Trade Supervisor – Residential Housing Tower Hamlets (Covering North London patch) £45,000 + Company van and fuel card Would you like to join Hyde as a Multi Trade Supervisor? Hyde is looking for an experienced and motivated Trade Supervisor to lead and support our frontline trades teams, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance services are delivered across our homes and communities. In this key operational role, you will be responsible for supervising multi-skilled operatives and/or specialist trades, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. What You’ll be doing: - Supervise, support and develop a team of trades operatives to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance services. - Monitor and manage day-to-day workload allocation, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time and within budget. - Carry out site visits, quality checks and post-inspections to ensure work meets required standards and specifications. - Act as the first point of escalation for complex or sensitive repair issues, resolving problems quickly and effectively. - Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health & safety legislation, internal polic...
