You will partner closely with all levels, cross-functionally across finance and accounting, to engage in financial planning, strategic analysis, reporting, and operational improvement. You will succeed in this role because you are intellectually curious, analytical, driven, and like solving problems. What you'll be doing: - Serve as finance partner in supporting leaders across Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing organizations. - Support end-to-end forecasting, planning, close, and budgeting processes for top-line, headcount, and operational expenses. - Maintain, track, and report on key GTM KPIs such as ARR, ACV, and active seats; translate key insights to business partners. - Partner with Data and BI teams to proactively identify reporting gaps, maintain, and improve dashboards - Prepare materials for executive-level business reviews What we're looking for: - 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience - Strong analytical skills to investigate variances, identify root causes, and surface actionable business...
