What you’ll build: - Monitor specific commercial programs to mitigate churn and increase revenue by pulling reports and interacting with CREs from different regions to ensure proactivity and execution. - Align our provisioning tool with bookings by triggering system updates, assisting CREs with complex cases, and enabling CREs to perform these tasks autonomously. - Execute renewals by engaging in commercial discussions with internal and external customers, preparing quotes in our CRM, delivering contracts to customers, and ensuring all deals are properly booked. - Expand your knowledge through SAP's end-to-end Cloud Renewal Execution Processes, deepen your understanding of SAP systems and...
