In this role, you will address financial and social concerns impacting care of Boys Town National Research Hospital and Clinic patients. Schedule: Part-Time; 10:00 AM-2:00 PM Monday-Friday; Location: Pacific Street: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Facilitates care for the patient through referral to appropriate resources in the community or within the Boys Town system. - Provides leadership in the identification and acquisition of resources (local, state, and federal) for patients and their families. - Coordinates activities/follow-up to meet identified needs of select patients to facilitate necessary care, specialty consultation and/or surgery. - Serves as a resource for BTNRH physicians, nurses and staff. - Participates in multi-disciplinary teams as requested. - Maintains complete, accurate, and timely documents of completed work, patient files and office files. - Complies with all applicable statutes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. - Maintains working knowledge of relevant medical/leg...
