The Personal Lines Technical Assistant p rovides administrative support and value-add services to Personal Lines Account Manager, Team Leaders and Producers. How You Will Contribute: - Enter endorsement items into the Agency Management System. - Verify for accuracy and bill all endorsements received from carriers. - Follow up on overdue items. - Process all requests for vehicle changes; issue ID cards accordingly; issue binders for leased vehicle requests; issue forms and follow up. - Data entry of all applicable underwriting information, correspondence or all other client/carrier pertinent information into the profit center management system as required. - Assist other support staff and producers with any service related matters. - Keep Personal Lines Leader apprised of any service issues or problems. - Verify new policies for accuracy according to the policy checklist, bill policy accordingly, and mail the policy to the insured. - Transpose al...
