As a National Account Manager , you’ll bring your skill, your curiosity and your drive to make health simpler, smarter and more human. About the job: Drive sustainable growth in net sales and profitability across Top Clients within the Indirect Channel (wholesalers, networks, pharmacy/parapharmacy groups and/or modern trade), through the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements, building long-term partnerships aligned with company strategy. Main responsibilities: Define and implement customer business plans for Top Clients, identifying growth opportunities and profitability optimization levers. Negotiate commercial agreements (sales targets, promotional investments, visibility, and category management initiatives), ensuring delivery against financial KPIs. Drive performance of assigned customers, ensuring achievement of sales and margin targets in line with brand/product priorities.
