Job description

We are seeking a Transportation Supervisor for our facility in Terrell, TX. This role requires a dependable and trusted leader who can effectively support and oversee a team of 80+ drivers in a 24/7 operating environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong transportation background, including experience with DOT regulations and compliance. Food service distribution experience is preferred. This leader must be comfortable managing driver relationships, holding clear and direct conversations, and maintaining strong operational standards. The role will also require occasional travel to 2–3 domicile locations each year to support operations and maintain alignment across the network. Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to build trust with drivers and operations teams will be key to success in this position. The Transportation Supervisor provides day to day oversight within the Transportation department by reviewing performance, ensuring compliance, and resolving driver issues.
