Substance Use Recovery Supervisor Department: Adult CPRC - Lamplighter Square Employment Type: Full Time: Location: St. Louis - Lamplighter Square Compensation: $36.52 - $39.68 / hour Description: Lead and inspire recovery-focused services that empower individuals on their path to wellness and long-term success. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM: The Substance Use Recovery Supervisor provides leadership, support, and oversight for staff delivering substance use recovery services within community-based programs. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, strong documentation practices, and adherence to program standards while fostering a collaborative, person-centered approach to care. Working closely with staff, leadership, and community partners, the supervisor helps strengthen outcomes for individuals served through guidance, coaching, and operational oversight.
