About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Field Engineer to support the commissioning, operation, and maintenance of critical mechanical and cooling infrastructure across our hyperscale AI data center campuses. AI workloads generate extreme heat densities that demand precision mechanical systems — this role is responsible for making sure those systems never let the compute down. In addition to day-to-day operational responsibilities, this role carries engineering accountability for new construction support, capacity upgrades, site audits, and design review — providing the technical depth needed to both operate and improve the infrastructure you own.
