About the role The Services Specialist is a customer-facing, consultative role responsible for shaping and driving IT services opportunities across infrastructure, networking, data center, and emerging AI/automation programs. This role partners closely with Sales, Service Designers, Commercial Finance, and Delivery leadership to create compelling, commercially aligned service solutions that meet customer business outcomes and strengthen Computacenter’s strategic position. The Services Specialist acts as the bridge between customer requirements and Computacenter’s delivery capability and translating needs into structured service offerings, solution components, and clear commercial constructs.
