Job Description: The Bid Manager plays a central business development role, supporting Culina’s group-wide approach to winning new business through effective bid management, market intelligence, and maintenance of the BD Excellence knowledge base. The role is responsible for coordinating high-quality, timely proposal submissions and ensuring that the business has access to the content, insight, and collateral needed to respond effectively to client opportunities.
