Overview Location: Denville, New Jersey: Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday: FLSA Status: Exempt: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a results-driven professional experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced healthcare environments. Under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Manager or Lead, they leverage advanced sourcing strategies, ATS and CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed tools, and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, they execute strategic workforce plans to meet immediate staffing needs and long-term organizational goals while maintaining a strong, metrics-driven focus.
