Due to recent promotions Sodexo is seeking a Medical Equipment Technician at our Nebraska Medicine location. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter into the Healthcare Technology Management field. ****A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required.**** What You'll Do: Key Duties would include preventive maintenance; conducting operational tests; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions. Electronics experience and skill is desired. Working as part of a team this person will be servicing Patient Care Equipment, typically Patient beds, Wheelchairs, and Stretchers and basic Excel, testing cables and pillow speakers with basic hand tools.. As well as Alaris IV Infusion Pumps, conducting preventative maintenance and repairs. Experience working in a hospital setting preferred but not required, we will train the right person.
