As a key member of our operations team, the Associate of Advisory Operations will work with the Operations team, wealth advisors, and other advisory team associates across multiple offices to serve a client base consisting of High-Net-Worth families and business owners. Responsibilities: - Part of the operations team responsible for client relationship management of a multi-location practice - Become familiar with custodian relationships, processes, and service teams - Prepare related forms and assist the advisory team in transaction processing - Process trades (buys/sells) and cost basis adjustments - Prepare and process client on-boarding and maintenance paperwork - Maintain database and workflows in our client relationship management system - Assist with multiple client and practice-related projects at the same t...
