Visitor and Engagement Tours Supervisor

Job description

Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions: Train, supervise, and observe direct reports responsible for regularly occurring general campus tours across a variety of campus visitation programs and constituents, as well as GCU Day operations. Examines scripts, routes, and other tour elements regularly, ensuring all facets operate to further the quality of visitation experience, provide accurate details, and meet the unique needs of each respective tour group. Examine behavioral practices, engagement strategies, and visitor interaction regularly during GCU Day operations, ensuring all facets invite enthusiasm about GCU and its community/atmosphere. Provides direct reports with on-going training, mentorship, and professional development to consistently enrich their acumen and enjoyment of the role, relying on a variety of training methods. Lateral coordination point for GCE-GCU events and marketing groups to include support of, but not limited to, Campus Tour Plus, Meet GCU and other visitation efforts.
