We are hiring a Manufacturing Painter to prepare, prime, and paint fabricated metal parts used in the production of BERG/HDT shelters. This role focuses on liquid spray painting in a manufacturing environment and plays a key role in final product quality. Responsibilities: - Prepare fabricated metal parts for painting, including setup and masking - Apply liquid coatings to prepared surfaces using approved spray equipment - Follow visual and written work instructions to meet quality and finish standards - Ensure correct color, coverage, and overall appearance of painted parts - Identify and correct minor paint defects such as runs, dry spray, or uneven coverage - Clean and maintain paint equipment, tools, and work areas according to standard procedures - Follow all safet...
