Applications will only be accepted while the posting remains active. Job Summary: Supports the day-to-day operations of the IT Operations Team by administering company EDI systems. Provides day-to-day technical leadership for the IT Operations Team. Plans, analyzes, configures, tunes, and troubleshoots EDI systems. Installs, upgrades, and maintains EDI Systems. Develops and maintains technical documentation for EDI process flow, troubleshooting and problem resolution, monitoring capacity and performance, and related disaster recovery procedures. Monitors and troubleshoots EDI transactions both in SAP and in EDI system, and recommends remedies to eliminate reoccurring errors.
