Job Overview & Purpose The Large Format Print Operator – Show Site Graphics Lead is responsible for the hands-on production, finishing, and preparation of large-format graphics for trade shows, corporate events, and internal needs across Heritage’s branches. This position focuses on operating printing and finishing equipment, maintaining production quality, and ensuring graphics are produced accurately and efficiently to meet event timelines. In addition to shop-based production responsibilities, this role serves as the Show Site Graphics Lead as needed—overseeing on-site graphics installation, coordinating with foremen and project teams, and troubleshooting graphic-related issues during move-in, show days, and dismantle to ensure brand consistency and execution success. This is a production and installation leadership role, not a graphic design position.
