We are looking for an experienced Product Analytics Manager to join our Tools & Workflow domain within the Platform group and help us scale and improve our customer support and internal tooling products across 50+ countries. About the role Platform team operates across all Bolt verticals supporting business growth and success. The team tackles problems including geospatial (routing, ETAs etc), user identity and verification, user communications, internal tools, automation and customer support. As a Product Analytics Manager , you will lead the analytics function for our Tools & Workflow domain within the Platform group. Your teams own the complete support experience for Bolt users and build tools and technology for efficient workforce management.
