Project Assistant

Job description

We are looking for a talented Project Assistant to join our STAMFORD | AvK team based out of our facilities in Shoreview and Fridley, MN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Develop foundational project management capabilities by supporting clearly defined project tasks under the guidance of a general or functional manager. - Provide administrative and logistical support that enables effective project team coordination and execution. - Serve as a support resource across projects, building basic business knowledge and understanding effective project management practices. - Assist in identifying, tracking, and collaborating to resolve project issues while strengthening the ability to manage these activities independently. - Help monitor and communicate project statuses to the team, contributing to timely updates and improved project visibility. - Support budget tracking, research activities, data analysis, and the development of project plans, timelines, and related documentation. - Contribute to risk management efforts by learning to use quality tools to identify potential issues and support mitigation planning. - Maintain accurate project notes, databases...
