Job DetailsJob Location: Liberty, SC 29657Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolJob Shift: 2ndJob Category: Manufacturing JOB SUMMARY: This position involves the operation of CNC Machinery tools in an efficient manner. The CNC Operator must demonstrate skills and knowledge required to maintain the operation of a CNC machine and fulfill the essential functions of the job. Reports to: CNC Supervisor / Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Clean and maintain machine, tooling, and parts in optimal production condition. Work safely, following all safety regulations, to prevent injuries. Meet production requirements as defined on product routing and notify supervisor immediately if goal cannot be attained. Observe machine observations to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper. Inspect work pieces throughout the production run, for out-of-tolerance machining and record all required readings.
