Overview As a HR Business Partner at Susquehanna, you are part of a team of HRBPs supporting managers and employees on the North American Technology Team and are involved in all phases of the employee life cycle. HRBPs work collaboratively with the business as well as across HR to achieve optimal outcomes for the company and our employees while promoting a positive work culture and environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a developing HR professional looking to take the next step in their career by supporting client relationships and impacting HR processes, programs and strategy. What you’ll do: Recruiting and Onboarding - Assist with the requisition opening process; confirm business approval and enter accurate posting information in the recruiting management system. - Meet with managers to discuss new hires’ onboarding plans, goals, and expectation setting. - Work alongside of the Onboarding Coordinator to serve as a resource to new hires upon their start at Susquehanna.
