Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: - Serve as the primary Budget & Procurement Analyst supporting the CE&I – Federal Civilian Agencies (FCA)Transportation team by managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for project-related goods and services. - Develop, maintain, and monitor project and departmental budgets; prepare forecasts, variance analyses, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting for leadership. - Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensure accurate coding, timely approvals, and on-time vendor payments. - Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations; support internal and external audits as needed. - Identify and implement process improvements and cost-savings opportunities across procurement and budget workflows. - Collaborate with project managers, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to support project delivery and financial controls.
