Job description

Full-time position available on or after July 6, 2026 for Facilities Administration. Under general supervision, the Building Service Engineer independently performs ongoing maintenance and repair work on a wide range of systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, mechanical, and water systems. The role involves diagnosing and repairing issues to ensure efficient system operation, while handling less sophisticated and comprehensive tasks on complex refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Experience: Two years of journey-level experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of boiler, heating, ventilating, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems or the systems or the equivalent combination of formal course work in mechanical technology and hands-on experience.
