The Opportunity: As Procurement Manager, you will drive strategic sourcing and hands-on procurement execution across European LTL and FTL networks. You will act as a key business partner, ensuring cost efficiency, service quality, and network scalability across a complex carrier landscape. About the Team: You’ll be part of a pan-European procurement team , working closely with Product, Network, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver commercial excellence and continuous improvement . What You’ll Be Doing: Strategy & Sourcing: - Execute sourcing events, tenders, and negotiations - Contribute to LTL / FTL category strategies - Manage carrier onboarding and agreements Performance & Network Management: - Oversee carrier network across Europe - Drive KPI performance (OTIF, cost, service quality) - Ensure contract compliance and optimisation Data & Digital Procurement: - Leverage data for pricing and sourcing decisi...
