Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - Experience in full life-cycle business. - Ability to communicate in English and Polish, Czech or Romanian fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in building a pipeline through execution. - Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. - Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media. - Ability to navigate ambiguity, and with the ability to grow in a team environment. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a strategy. - Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients.
