Join DP World as a Manager, FP&A based in Melbourne. Lead group financial planning and performance reporting, delivering budgets, forecasts, and insights, while partnering with operational teams to support decision-making and drive performance across the business. Key Responsibilities: - Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting to provide clear visibility of business results and the future direction of the business - Deliver actionable commercial insights, analysis, and dashboards to support operational performance and strategic decision-making - Drive improvements in finance systems, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business insight - Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to translate financial data into strategy, performance improvement, and investment decisions - Lead governance across budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure, ensuring strong controls, compliance, and accountability - Lead, mentor and develop finance team members through coaching, performance reviews and development planning.
