About The Role: As a Major Incident and Change Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and our teams supported. You’ll help manage major incidents from start to finish, coordinate change processes, and ensure everything is documented, communicated, and continuously improved. It’s a fast-moving, collaborative role where your work directly supports business stability and enhances the day-to-day experience of your co-workers.
