People Operations Generalist, Benefits (US) (HR Generalist & Benefits) Location: United States (Remote) Who we are: Medicine moves too slow. At Velsera, we are changing that. The role: We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist with a strong focus on US benefits administration to support our US workforce. The role sits within People Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, with ownership of US benefits programs, employee support, and HR data accuracy. While this is not an analytics role, the successful candidate will be highly comfortable working with HR data, Excel and HR systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations.
