HR Product Owner and Program Manager (E6113) - 260122 : KNW-C60 Description: Job Summary: As the HR Product Owner you play a critical role in guiding and advancing the development, enhancement, and strategic alignment of HR products with HR objectives and strategies. HR products encompass both technology solutions (Human Capital Management, Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, SaaS platforms) and data-driven tools (reports, dashboards, file extracts). You will collaborate with the HR Product Manager, leadership, functional teams, IT and other stakeholders to define the products and product roadmap. This hands-on role requires expertise in HR processes, systems, an agile mindset, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving environment. Works closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, develop technical requirements, and evangelize best practices that maximize the impact of HR technology and data solutions.
