We are seeking a proactive and versatile Supply Chain Intern to join the Supply Chain Team at Bolton Food in Milan. In this role, you will support both the Customer Service and Demand Planning teams, gaining hands-on experience across key supply chain processes while contributing to day-to-day operations. How you make the difference: As a Supply Chain Intern, you will support different areas of the Supply Chain Italy team, with a focus on customer service and demand planning. You will help ensure efficient operations, maintain accurate data, and work with cross-functional teams to improve overall performance. How your agenda looks like: - Supporting the Demand Planning team in forecasting activities, data collection, and analysis to enable accurate production planning; - Assisting the Customer Service & Master Data team with reporting, order management, and sales delivery processes; - Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between customer orders, inventory levels, and demand plans; - Gaining hands-on experience with supply chain tools and IT systems to support operational workflows and reporting activities.
