POSITION SUMMARY: The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, friendly and fun environment for guests and employees . Provides superior guest service, interacts positively with guests and employees, and has the ability to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. Report to work in a neat, clean and pressed uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential. Knowledge and demonstration of work place safety procedures. Responsible for insuring all restaurant china is clean and stored properly. Responsible for cleaning and washing all kitchen equipment and tools. Must wear black, slip resistant shoes at all times.
