Job Responsibilities Join the Macmahon Underground team as an EXPERIENCED HD Mechanic and be responsible for daily service and repairs to the light and heavy vehicle fleet to maintain the safety and reliability standards according to the manufacturer's specifications and requirements. About the role: Residential option for Bendigo, VIC and surrounds 2:2 roster (Days and Nights Roster) Interstate FIFO flights covered from any capital city About you: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a mine site environment - Australian recognised Trade Certificate (Cert III in Mobile Plant) - Demonstrated experience working on Sandvik Drill rigs (ideal) - Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment underground - Breakdown repairs and servicing of heavy mining equipment - Diagnostic fault finding on mechanical systems - Maintain maintenance data on a daily basis - Sound planning and organisational skills Employee benefits: - Ongoing career development opportunities - Challenge.
