Academic Clinical Program Management Specialist - ( 26002943 ) Description The College of Nursing at the University of Iowa is seeking an Academic Clinical Program Management Specialist. This position supports the University of Iowa’s College of Nursing advising initiatives for graduate programs. Responsibilities will require occasional time outside of the 8:00 am – 5:00 pm workday to support advising and success initiatives and other events which may include evening commitments. Key Areas of Responsibilities: Academic Planning and Student Advising: - Develop, deliver, and assess orienation programs that align with the expectations of the University and College of Nursing. - Assess and improve delivery of academic advising for students in nursing programs to ensure student success and preparation for a successful transition to professional and/or advanced practice. - Utilize Power BI database to project course enrollments and provide reports to faculty. - Manage academic progression processes for students, including academic probation and dismissal.
