Region Facilities Manager I

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Execute corporate facility initiatives by effectively communicating, leading and coaching direct and indirect reports within region to success - If applicable, monitor performance goals and communicate results; contribute ideas to address concerns and guide direct reports effectively to encourage continual improvement; collaborate with key associates in Line of Business (LOB) to obtain guidance when making decisions and resolving issues - Responsible for all aspects of the work order stream including preventative maintenance, alteration & improvement requests, service work, inspection work and field work orders - Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs - Schedule maintenance and monitor the operation of all utility systems such as heating, ventilating and air conditioning - Supervise janitorial services and grounds maintenance such as landscaping, lawn care and snow removal - Conduct space planning and modify building/equipment layouts in response to changing organizational needs - Solicit bids, select contractors/subcontractors, and negotiate bids for the renovation or construction of facilities - Responsible for department...
