Administrative Fellow

Job description

The Administrative Fellow will work under the guidance of the VP Head of Operations Finance. Individuals will focus efforts on learning the ASC environment, P&L management, revenue cycle, strategy, and overall ambulatory operations. Individuals will spend time at the corporate office, surgery centers, and surgical hospitals working on projects to drive efficiencies and operational improvements. Up to 25% travel required. Selected candidate will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check. - Partners directly with field and corporate leaders to analyze operational and financial performance of ASCs. - Participates in a structured rotational experience across core business functions, including clinical operations, strategy, M&A, and revenue cycle. - Conducts deep-dive analyses on key business drivers (e.g. case volume, payer mix, labor productivity, supply costs). - Develops and maintains knowledge of the healthcare environment, including the ability to understand and explain issues and advancements in the healthcare industry. - Utilizes economics and statistical methods to understand, and apply the basic principles of economics, statistics, and epidemiology to health care issue...
