Description Verland is hiring Exceptional People to provide Compassionate Care as a Residential Manager- IDD for our Residential locations - CLA division. Location: Moon Twp, PA 15108 Shift available: 24/7 A Residential Manager is primarily responsible for training, scheduling, assigning, and monitoring direct care workers based on the needs of the residents & maintaining high care and compliance standards within their assigned home(s). This is a 24/7 on-call , salaried, exempt position. Contributions: Participates in inter-departmental venture/committees/processes as needed (e.g.: Human Resources, Quality Management, Fiscal, etc.). Participates in the Inter-Disciplinary Team. Maintains and monitors residents’ adaptive and personal equipment. Recommend goals & activities to the Program Specialist. Completes and submits inter-departmental paperwork as required (e.g.: FML, Worker’s Compensation, Change of Status Forms, etc). - Oversees day-to-day operations of the home to ensure that daily programs and activities are carried out and documented across all shifts. - Plans, organizes, and directs the operations of the house; reinforces the hierarchy of care and agency expectations. - Su...
