Mission Overview: This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Tribe Scrum Master. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in delivering complex, cross-squad initiatives for our client in the financial sector, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and driving digital transformation through agile, customer-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery of a cluster (group of squads), ensuring alignment with objectives, roadmaps, and KPIs. - Structure and prioritize complex delivery topics and facilitate cross-squad synchronization, proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving dependencies. - Monitor and report on cluster progress, escalate critical issues with mitigation proposals, and ensure compliance with Agile frameworks, delivery standards, and regulatory requirements. - Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and squad members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. - Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, removing organizational and technical blockers. - Facilitate Agile ceremonie...
