The opportunity: The part-time (4 days per week) Talent Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment activities. The role leverages data and market insights to inform sourcing strategies, maintain strong talent pipelines and drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes. Operating within agreed service level agreement (SLAs), the Talent Specialist ensures an efficient, compliant and positive recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders, while strengthening our brand.
