The opportunity: The Individual Giving Coordinator plays a key role in delivering BirdLife Australia’s Individual Giving Strategy, working closely with the Individual Giving Manager to execute donor campaigns across a range of channels. This position is responsible for managing BirdLife’s annual appeals calendar and overseeing the acquisition and stewardship of single-gift donors. The role contributes directly to growing fundraising income and building meaningful philanthropic relationships. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring experience managing multiple fundraising campaigns, with a track record of increasing income, retaining donors and guiding supporters through the donor lifecycle.
