This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating quality improvement initiatives by leveraging data analysis, identifying performance gaps, and driving evidence-based solutions. Reporting to the Director of Quality or a similar leadership role, the specialist collaborates closely with clinical teams, data analysts, risk management, and compliance professionals to enhance patient safety, optimize outcomes, and support an environment of continuous improvement.
