Job description

Other: - Must be the leader of a field team dispatched when there is a small number of team members. - Is allowed to perform up to a maximum of five (5) hours per week of company-related administrative duties (i.e., time and attendance sheets and home office required reports). - Required to determine the scope of work by diagnosing the source of the problem, repair required, and estimating the material and manning requirements to accomplish the work. - The work performed by the Crew leader is distinguished by its technical complexity, difficulty, and special or unusual nature. - Advanced technical knowledge is applied to solve unusually complex problems. - The Crew Leader is required to provide technical assistance and guidance to those employees with lesser skills. - May be required to inspect the work of lesser-skilled employees when an Inspector is not assigned to the crew. - Crew Leader is the leader of a crew of ten (10) employees or less requiring less supervision and administration. - Must be a Crew Leader 1 with more than ten (10) employees, but under the direct supervision of a burden leadman. - Comply with all current sections of the COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 series applica...
