What’s the role? As a Business Development Representative at Bilt, you’ll be the tip of the spear for new partner acquisition—creating a qualified pipeline with multifamily owners/operators, property managers, and strategic enterprise accounts. You’ll research targets, craft compelling outreach, book meetings, and partner to move deals forward. In this role, you will…: - Own top-of-funnel outreach: multi-threaded email, phone, LinkedIn, and events. - Build and maintain target account lists; run experiments on messaging and sequencing. - Schedule and confirm first meetings; ensure clean handoffs to AEs. - Track activity, notes, and next steps in CRM with precision. - Partner with Marketing on campaigns and with RevOps on data quality. - Capture market intel (personas, objections, competitors) and share with the team.
