Financial Markets (FM) is the Bank’s gateway to the professional markets around the world. Our primary function is to service the needs of ING’s clients with products, services, and guidance. FM aims to be a significant player in our market leader and challenger markets, with an additional presence in all the major international markets and specialist expertise in selected emerging markets and products. Your role & work environment: You will be part of the XVA Desk, also called Credit Exposure Management in Financial Markets. The XVA desk is responsible for pricing and managing Credit, Funding, Liquidity and Capital within FM. The desk is taking over all counterparty related risks from the Trading Desks and manages these risks centrally. It also acts as the central Funding, and Liquidity and Capital Management Desk for Financial Markets. Financial Markets operates in a high paced environment and is looking for candidates who are flexible, can learn quickly and are able to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment.
