ROLE: A Utility is responsible for assisting and supporting the housekeeping department. They are expected to deliver excellent service to our teams and our guest. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts in proper uniform, including nametags and with a great Smile. - Seize radio and assignment sheet every morning - Review assignment sheet and update completed assignments - Clean carpet in assigned guestrooms - Remove stains, scuff marks, and dust from baseboards, ledges and corners. - Polish, restore, seal, finish & maintain all flooring. - Complete extraction and spotting of carpets - Place odor machine in units when needed - Repair & maintain vacuums - Wash bonnet pads daily - Use various machines such as carpet extractors, scrubbers (ride-on, walk-behind, and bonnets), burnishes, floor machines and spotting machines. - Sweep and mop all assigned area staircase, elevators...
