These individuals have the authority to take action as necessary to carry out appointed duties. JOB SUMMARY: Ensure that products produced, in your area of responsibility, are in accordance with established QA guidelines. JOB DUTIES: Batter tests. Net weights. Product temperature checks (frozen/ fully cooked). Box counts/ Portion weight checks. Boneless product inspection. Inedible dock checks. Hold/ release record keeping. Scale/ metal detector checks. General record keeping/ filing. Condemned/ contamination reports. Research data for customer complaints. Sample collection for bacti / prep and fat and moisture. Formulation/ marination checks.
