Location: 1301 Avenue of the Americas, New York New York Job Summary: The Supervisory Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance of all published equity research. This position involves close collaboration with research analysts, editors, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to maintain the firm's high standards for research integrity and timeliness. This opportunity supports our Equity Research platform (25+ senior analysts, ~550 companies). We also have an established editorial team. This is a work-from-home, evening role (Sunday – Thursday, 4pm–12am ET). Essential Functions: - Review all equity research documents prior to publication to ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and internal standards. - Collaborate with Research Analysts, Associates, Editors, and Compliance to ensure timely and accurate publication of research materials. - Provide editorial and regulatory guidance to research staff to enhance the quality and clarity of published content. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to research publication. - Serve as a subject matter expert on research compliance and edi...
