We’re hiring for an Employee Benefits Administrator to support our growing Employee Benefits team! To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our dynamic Employee Benefits team. Putting people first is at the heart of everything we do, and that extends to our clients as well as our employees. As one of our Employee Benefits Administrators, you’ll be right at the forefront of helping us deliver this mission by acting as vital support for our employee benefits clients, Account Managers and Consultants. We’re looking for someone with: Customer orientation : someone who displays a positive attitude and behaviours, demonstrating an awareness and willingness to respond to customers to exceed their needs, requirements and expectations. A passion for delivering customer service excellence, going over and above. Strong communicator: someone who is able to express themselves clearly and positively, both verbally and in written communication Excellent listening skills, always checks administrative work.
